The payroll department within this company is in control of the worldwide payroll coordination. As one of the Payroll Specialists you will be managing the monthly Dutch payroll as well as coordinating the payroll process of a number of foreign payroll partners (including staff insurance, general ledger control etc.).

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the monthly payroll process, ensuring timely and compliant payment of salaries (50% coordination of the Dutch payroll, 50% coordination of foreign payroll);
- Managing pension plans, health insurance and other employee related insurances;
- Administration of WKR (werkkostenregeling);
- Making Pro-Forma payroll calculations (e.g. 30% ruling);
- Be in control of the payroll ledgers and year-end balances;
- Monitoring payroll processes and be proactive in identifying irregularities as well as improvements;
- Maintain good relations with various authorities;
- Keep the Dutch payroll platform compliant with the Dutch government regulations;
- Responding to employee questions on payroll matters;
- Work closely with the HR and Finance department.
