For our client we are looking for a Payroll Manager who is responsible for a smooth and error-free running and management of the entire payroll process. You will be part of the HR team and will report to the HR Director. You will support your HR colleagues pro-actively in giving payroll related input in the development of HR policy/topics. You will give relevant support regarding the implementation of our new HR Information System and further pension related developments.
Furthermore you will cooperate with the Finance and Tax departments to produce accounting and budget information. You will ensure that all the dutch entities comply with relevant legislation and you will actively liaise on all salary activities with companies, suppliers, providers etc.
You will continuously give a first class payroll service to employees, take responsibility for process improvement and work closely with your HR colleagues to improve the service offered to the organization.

The Payroll manager we are looking for has a comprehensive knowledge of payroll legislation and a minimum of seven years of experience in managing a demanding and professional payroll administration.

Good primary and secondary working conditions. For the Payroll manager function, a 36-hour working week applies.
