As the Global Payroll Manager of this organization, you will be responsible for the payroll operations across the whole Group. Your role is focused on delivering an accurate, efficient, responsive Payroll service to the employees in all the countries in which the organization operates. You will drive process efficiency and ongoing improvement through technology, and collaborate with partners and vendors. You will be able to manage and deliver regular monthly payrolls, handle complex share transactions, and partner with our tax, audit and legal colleagues. You’ll be able to operate effectively and deliver results in a high growth, complex and very dynamic employment environment where there is a large amount of variation in the way Payroll and HR operations are delivered.
As the successful candidate, you will manage all Payroll processes, operations, vendors, and lead a small global team. You are reliable, responsive, and self-motivated, and able to work with sensitive and confidential information. You have strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.
